I would like to take this opportunity to apply for the Interior Design position found on the web. I am a passionate and seasoned AutoCAD manager within the Architectural area and look forward to accepting the challenges presented in your position.

I have over 6 years of Architectural AutoCAD and Interior Design experience. I have worked both in the Commercial and Corporate side of the Architectural Industry. I have excellent AutoCAD, Revit, and beginner VIZ rendering technical skills. I am also familiar with BOMA standards, able to obtain on-site measurements and translate this information into AutoCAD drawings.

As a CAD Specialist Manager, within my last two positions, I have managed the Commercial, Corporate, and Municipal divisions of the CAD department. I have led communications and CAD development products for our direct clients in Canada, the United States, and Bahamas. (Toronto, New York, Washington, New Jersey, and Bahamas) I have worked directly with the Architects, Electrical technicians, Leasing Managers, and Space Planners to provide CAD drawings for spaces ranging from 1 millions to over 2 millions square feet in size, to provide accurate working drawings for each project.

On a personal level, I am energetic, proactive, flexible, organized, highly personable, and hard working. I enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently. I have a true passion for Architecture and every aspect of this field, from Interior design, Space Planning, to architectural supported programs (AutoDesk, Revit, Viz Rendering, and Solid Works).
