Skilled Content Designer and Strategist with experience in Government Digital Services (GDS).
I have worked with various high-profile clients such as Equinix, KPMG and Xoserve on their content design projects, developing user-centred content philosophies and collaborative workflows through close stakeholder engagement.
I have also worked with HMRC and the Department of International Trade (DIT), delivering effective and accessible content design solutions in the space.
I have trained in content design with Content Design London and have a wide background of other skills including copywriting, content strategy, graphic design, web design and digital marketing. I am experienced in working within agile teams. I strongly believe in the concept of "content for humans" and why businesses need to focus on user needs at the heart of their content strategy.
I have experience of many widely used CMS platforms, including Drupal, SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Umbraco and WordPress. I have worked frequently within the 'headless CMS' architecture.
I am skilled in HTML, Markdown, CSS and Agile management, and sound knowledge of SEO and web accessibility principles.
I have also worked with several large organisations, including Office Depot and the University of Leicester, helping them build user-centred content around rational information architectures.
