About me
In my role as a freelance recruitment consultant at Boyce recruitment, I was responsible for all freelance hiring within media, broadcast and our creative/advertising agencies. This included (not limited to) taking role briefs from clients, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client, managing all paperwork (i.e. starter pack and details for new joiners, booking confirmation etc) for both candidates and clients, keeping our database updated, assisting in payroll and PO enquiries.
Previous to my time at Boyce, I have worked across post production, production, digital and broadcast. In the course of my work, I regularly provided support managing production briefs, workflow timeline/project schedules, resource management, budget updates.
