Creative industry specialist with over 17 years experience of all aspects of the digital, video, creative and print production processes. My main focus has been on business development, marketing, improving account experience and strategic consultancy.

I have spent the last three years managing the UK / EU team of a software company dedicated to helping creative companies manage their businesses more efficiently. This has given me great insight into a range of models and cultures and helped me to gain a broader understanding of the industry and the every day challenges of managing a profitable agency.

I am a people person and pride myself on developing strong relationships with external partners and clients as well as with my peers and those that report to me.

I'm currently looking for new roles in either creative industry clients services or in a SaaS business in a sales / customer success role.
