These businesses had lacked the motivation to embrace change and transformation, the catalyst for these transformation protocols was inherently in my delivering a plan which was firstly viable and acceptable layered in Common Sense, secondly carried benefits and was affordable makes the maths work...

In my most recent assignment I was wholly responsible for the market driven business cases & subsequent development that encapsulated a redesign and development of Best Buy Canada's Retail & Omni Channel offers.Prior to which I Initiated the Concept Re-Development of SPORTCHEK as an Omni-Channel offering, resulting in a Highly regarded and Successful Brand Repositioning.

As a leader in the field of Digital & Data practices and applications, I provide enhanced contributions to the Digital & Physical Business planning and development requirements of diverse business and asset classifications. The ability to optimise results and rationalise activities to provide a Life Time Value to Corporate Assets and Enhance Customer Experience Outcomes by delivering financially viable Customer Centric activities.

These activities and projects are implemented seamlessly and in accordance to the greater plan without raising the temperature one single degree.

I lead activities such as Development Capital Expenditure, Revenue Forecasting, MarComm's (BI/MI),Vendor Partnerships, Retail Estate Rationale,Sales Portfolio Optimisation & Rationalisation the Customer Experience Elevation Delivery.
