About me

I have a great deal of experience in education and training, over 23 years focusing on English and Business courses and qualifications. Over the years I have set up several language schools and departments both in the UK and abroad. My main areas of expertise are courses for international clients in all areas of business, social enterprise training as well as all types of English as a Foreign Language programmes (EAP, Aviation, ESP, Business, children and adults).

I have the knowledge and expertise in all departments of education - business development, admissions and academic management. An understanding of the auditing needs that a college or university require from British Council and BAC inspections, to annual monitoring reviews and QAA. Additionally I have designed a number of successful courses - all areas of Social Enterprise, EFL for children and adults and specialized corporate programmes such as retail. I am able to design the course from scratch, as well as put together the teaching/training delivery and timetable and all the supporting documents. I am also on hand to support my clients throughout should they need training, verification or recognized accreditation.

I have worked for major educational organisations - The British Council, INTO, the University of East Anglia as well as providing training for government requirements such EEDA.

Born and raised in the UK, I have also lived and worked in some fascinating places overseas and have a good understanding of the needs of my UK and international clients. A very organised and pro-active individual with a wide variety of skills and experience to offer.
