I have an outgoing and fun personality who loves to socialise and enjoy life. I'm a fast learner with a positive outlook; love challenges and enjoy working with others as well as individually. I am always seeking ways to improve myself and enjoy helping others.

Professionally I have over seven years of experience in the website/digital/marketing industry. After moving to London in June 2014, I've gained valuable skills and experience after working with Croud, Google's fastest growing digital search agency. My tasks ranged from client services/account management, PR, analysing the business and creating systems, processes and price structures to help better improve customer experience and internal process efficiency, to event management, writing and QA'ing website copy and blogs. The opportunity to be part of so many aspects of the company allowed me to develop multiple skills across the board.

My past roles in Melbourne, Australia as a pre-sales/product expert, team management and trainer for mulitple teams for one of Australia's largest advertising agencies have allowed me to develop valuable skills in all areas from management, sales, marketing and website project management, to creating process maps, email communications sent to customers and work instructions for the teams in an easy to understand and digestible manner.

Working with internal and external stakeholders has taught me exceptional skills in product presentations, public speaking, rapport building and customer service as well as cultivating my knowledge in SEO optimisation, pay per click campaigns, copy-writing and content collection for websites.
