About me

I have experience of setting and overseeing budgets for gallery expenditure (including art fairs and exhibitions across multiple global locations), analysing turnover and profit figures and setting targets for and assessing sales team performance.

I am a persuasive presenter, great motivator and have proven experience of building a dynamic team. My key strengths include excellent team management and communication skills and a history of creating and managing strong relationships (for example with museums, artists and clients).

I have substantial HR experience including recruitment, staff appraisals, salary reviews and a thorough knowledge of employment law.
