Ogilvy UK London

ABOUT

We had to produce a series of images to celebrate BP's association with Marks and Spencers and Wild Bean Cafes. The project was called 'Green Lights All The Way'. We needed good looking UK based BP stations to photograph and also to capture light drawings of relevant imagery to float in the layout. The project began back in 2014, and we produced imagery over a 2 year period. It was a concept by Ogilvy and Mather, and the photographer was George Kavanagh.
My role was to work on production for TLP (True-Light Productions). Writing treatments and meeting both with Ogilvy and BP clients to discuss how to best approach the project. I also did all the location scout to find the BP stations we were to use, and took care of all shoot logistics, permits, risk assessments etc. Provided all the location production, and followed the project to completion through post work.
Along with photographer George Kavanagh and the creative team from Ogilvy the entire project was a major success and paved the way for BP's first TV ad campaign for a decade - "Orby". Which launched in March 2016. Our same team also did all the stills campaign that went along with the Orby TV launch.
