I always put myself in the shoes of the user to understand their thoughts and feelings, and I love getting below the surface level to discover what really motivates them.

I have a proven track record of working with clients to understand their research needs and develop research plans that deliver actionable insights. I have also successfully conducted user interviews and usability test projects, as well as UX expert audits.
