A few snippets from the interview:

Get your foot in the door

Anyone at a senior level with responsibility for recruitment will get a large number of emails. Neil points out that in order to get your message seen, it's crucial to personalise all emails. Yet many people fail to put a lot of thought into emails and therefore often don't get a reply.

Set the bar high

Neil explains that what separates Wieden+ Kennedy from other agencies is its founding principle to work with people and clients who are there to create the best work of their lives.

About Black Cab Interviews

The "Black Cab Interviews" is a series of interviews in which we take celebrated individuals from the creative sector on a cab ride around London, some to work, some on their way to a pitch, some just on a little jaunt around this fabulous city. The interviews are intended to be in-depth and candid, giving the interviewee a place to talk about the industry, themselves and the place they work. If you would like to be involved please get in touch with Christie
