*"Us is a multi-disciplinary design and direction studio, whose work covers brand identity, printed literature, advertising, motion, installations & web. We believe that projects should stem from good ideas no matter how big or small. In their studio they look to create work that excites, inspires and most importantly meets the needs of the client."

What do you actually do?
Well, I am 1 half of Us where I'm a designer and a director. But running your own small company you are also a cleaner, project manager, accountant, marketer and any other job that you have to learn.

What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
Probably going mad working for someone else like many friends.

How did you get started in the industry?
Quite a typical route I guess, Art A-level, Foundation Course and Degree in Graphic Design. I think I was lucky in having great teachers along the way that are now great friends. I think you have to have a respect for them, we now teach at Kingston University where we studied which is great.

What do you love about your job?
Being my own boss, collaboration and Creativity is what you make it.

If you could give one piece of advice for someone starting out, what would it be?
Follow your dreams; your only young once make mistakes now well it doesn't matter.

If you have one Super power what would it be?
Wow that's a hard one, always been a big Superman fan so probably, being able to fly.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
A custom bike frame builder, just making them for the sheer pleasure.

What was your worst job and what did you learn from it?
Folding bank statements and putting them in envelopes, it taught me to think bigger and that I was good with my hands.

You have already worked with some amazing brands, who would you like to work with next?
Would love to work with a new conceptual restaurant on branding and concepts.
