Banovetz has over 15 years worth of experience working with integrated brand communications, and her appointment at Ogilvy PR West serves to significantly increase the company's integrated campaign capabilities, thanks to her combined expertise in marketing, advertising and social media. She also has experience in numerous sectors, including (but not limited to) travel, automotive, consumer packaged goods, digital lifestyle and health and fitness. Banovetz is a rare master of all trades, who has worked with countless leading brands such as Nestle, Volkswagen, Movember and the Infinite Hero Foundation.

Nathan Friedman, Ogilvy PR West's regional managing director, says that Banovetz is the right woman for the job because of the success she's had in “Conceiving and managing major campaigns across a variety of business sectors.” He feels this “Gives her a critical advantage in understanding the changing ways consumers interact with brands." He also feels that the firm's clients will be well served by Banovetz's “Perspective and experience,” which will help them to “Understand and leverage the new dimensions of brand relationships." Banovetz herself says she is joining Ogilvy because it is a leading agency in “Providing clients a full suite of integrated services,” and she looks forward to “Leading Ogilvy West's brand marketing efforts,” working across the network to “Help clients tell their stories in authentic, purposeful and engaging ways."
