Khazanchi believes that Radhakrishnan will be bringing “Multi-faceted skills to the table with a strong grip on the pulse of the market.” He also praises the new ECD's writing, calling it “Modernist with a great understanding of communication mediums including films and radio.” He believes Radhakrishnan's insight and creative force will take the fledgling agency “To the next level.” The agency was launched in October last year and is a part of the Concept Group. The agency decided to take the unconventional approach of choosing a 'Yeti', as its logo, which Khazanchi chose because he believes the Yet to be “Enormous and mysterious.”

Enormous Brands is a place where one needs to get their hands in the soil and get some of the most challenging jobs done." O.R Radhakrishnan

The man himself says that he's wanted to work with Khazanchi for a long time, and believed this appointment seemed like the right opportunity to finally make that ambition a reality. He is pleased with the size and ambition of the agency, gushing that “Unlike a cushiony big agency space,” he feels EB is a place “Where one needs to get their hands in the soil and get some of the most challenging jobs done." Indeed, Enormous are certainly not lacking in ambition, as besides communications, the agency will also be creating its own IPs in the area of technology, brand assets and consumer interface. Whilst Khazanchi and Verma remain tight lipped about the brands they will be working with, they are clear in their desire to only work with clients whose “Enormous” ambitions match their own.
