About me

I know you've heard people say they're motivated, driven, ambitious - but I'm one of those by-the-bootstraps stories. I started on a dairy farm in the Midwest, first person in my family to get on a plane, get a passport, go to college. I have run my own company, helped other people begin theirs, fundraised & produced feature films, documentaries and episodic work and learned two other languages. I've gotten myself to east Africa, the former Yugoslavia, and Haiti on the eve of an election - and figured it out. Most of my career has focused on producing various forms of media. My hidden superpower is to make the creative & logistical puzzle pieces drop into place - in advance as well as in the midst of a crisis - and make sure that brand objectives & ethos are at the forefront.
