Talent Pool/3 month Freelance opportunity from May
We have a great opportunity to join our team of Traffic Manager’s within ITV Creative as a freelancer for a minimum of 3 months.
ITV Creative is a multi award winning in-house ad-agency that is responsible for creating and producing on and off air communications for the ITV brand portfolio. We also produce work for external commercial clients.
Reporting into the Controller of Production and Operations, our Traffic Manager’s are key to the efficient running of the ITV channel teams, being involved in planning all campaign work and responsible for maintaining an overview of the department’s workflow and managing all campaign timelines to delivery.
Day to day you’ll work within an existing Traffic Management team, and Creative Directors, Campaign Production, Real Time Social Media Team, Media Planning and Marketing , anticipating the needs of upcoming projects and resourcing appropriately. To join our Traffic Manager Talent Pool, you’ll come with bags of enthusiasm, be a team player and an organiser extraordinaire.
We’re a busy department and on occasion we have the need for additional support (both short term and long term and permanent contracts) so we’re looking for a freelance for a 3 month booking as well as building a wider Talent Pool who have past experience of working in a production company, agency or broadcaster, can efficiently forward plan, juggle multiple projects, react calmly to changes and provide solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
Proven experience of handling key stakeholders across different departments in a high pressured environment, as well as having worked with a scheduling system to plan multiple projects and resource, is a must. Experience of allocating the available resources against the requirements, managing capacity and tracking issues is essential. Having knowledge of the production processes involved across on and off air is essential. You will also need to have experience in providing reports and analysis and have a practical and systematic approach to project work. Alongside this excellent communication skills and evidence of being able to adapt with sensitivity to different working styles is required.
