KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain an efficient production management process across all relevant workstreams

To lead the execution of broadcast identities, brand campaigns or othermoving image solutions as devised by the Creative department

To be responsible for the management of client relationships on relevant production projects: including contributing to proposals, pitches, managing client expectations and giving presentations.

To be responsible for the budgeting and scheduling of projects. Managing costs on all relevant projects.

To resource production teams as appropriate to the creative idea.

To be aware of revenue targets and wherever possible help retain and grow the business.

To support the marketing team by creating reels for new business prospects for all markets.

To be involved in the management of the Lambie Nairn archive. Including updating and backing up of the archive on a project by project basis.

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

A good understanding of the design and production processes associated with channel packaging particularly in relation to broadcast channels and increasingly multi-platform environments (e.g. IPTV, broadband TV etc.)

Experience of delivering a News and Sports channel package is preferred.

An understanding of the various implementation processes of a broadcasting organisation.

The ability to maintain a high level of client care at all times.

Good negotiating skills in dealing with clients, internal and external contractors.

Ability to manage profit and loss effectively and report with accuracy to the finance department.

Knowledge of copyright procedures.

The diplomatic and communication skills to deal tactfully with a variety of people at all levels and to work effectively as a team member.

Excellent administration & organisational skills.

Good time management and project scheduling skills

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

The candidate should have significant experience working within the broadcast and branding industry.

Knowledge of Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premier and Final Cut.

REPORTING LINES

The post holder will report directly to the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director London.

The role however will work closely with the Client Directors and Creative Directors from each of the regional offices and be responsible for the management of freelancers; contract staff and third party suppliers.
