An international, integrated creative communications agency are looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager on a freelance basis to come on board and learn the ropes of project and resource management within an agency environment. An excellent opportunity for someone who is a natural organiser and keen to learn!!!

The role:

A Junior Digital Project Manager is needed to manage the digital team's resourcing and to provide support to the Project Management and Client Services teams. This is to start early August and will be a long term freelance role.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Digital Project Manager include:

*Be responsible for the day to day project resource allocation across multiple offices
*Keep the resource planner (Paprika) up to date with current resource allocation
*On a daily basis ensure that resources are working on allocated projects and are briefed by Project Managers and Client Services
*Actively resolve or escalate resource conflicts and issues to the Digital Operations Director
*Identify freelance needs, ensure financial approvals are in place and help with recruitment
*Be responsive, creative, flexible and adaptable to client needs in order to deliver exceptional client support
*Provide first line of support to existing clients in order to identify requirements, manage tasks and publish content via Umbraco, SharePoint and WordPress CMSs to websites

They are looking for someone who has some office/work experience and who is keen to get into digital project management. On top of this they are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following qualities:

*Ability to deliver effective client relationships and solutions leading to long-term, integrated relationships, drives the highest standard of work for clients at all times and develops the relationship beyond a project basis
*Excellent communication skills: presents effectively, listens, questions, delivers clear and concise instructions/advice, both written and verbal
*Efficient administration: strong organisation, including the ability to prioritise, juggle multiple projects and delegate effectively
*Strives to problem-solve creatively and encourages and supports others to do so, delivers ideas (large and small) that change the business
