You’ll be dreaming up ideas and bringing them to life with powerful words, while surrounded by our stunning grounds. And bringing them to life everywhere that matters – TV, OOH, social, mobile, experiential and beyond. We do it all. There’s masses of brilliant brands to work on with proper ambition and the budgets to match.
You’ll have a focus on B2B comms, working with the likes of BP and Castrol, with the ability to pick up a brief on B2C brands like WKD, Golden Wonder or Jägermeister.
Comfortable writing a long copy press ad, you’ll also have the experience to write online content that truly engages and encourages consumers to share.
You will join a team of 30+ creatives all with a flair for ideas. But you’ll also benefit from a full on flock of other craftspeople – illustrators, designers, photographers, filmmakers and developers among them.

All the usual adjectives. But more than that, a certain attitude. The energy, enthusiasm and desire to go beyond the obvious and make famous work that works. So you’ll be a bit of a rare bird too. (All the best creatives are).
You will be an experienced copywriter from an agency background, and have a fantastic portfolio to share with us.
Bray Leino, part of the mission, is an integrated communications and technology group with energetic businesses spanning advertising, digital, 3D spaces, media, direct response, training, software development and PR. More than 300 people work here across sites including North Devon, Chester, London and Bristol, serving a wide range of national and international businesses.
