A unique opportunity for a Brand Manager to support the Founder of a luxury cosmetics business with the creation and implementation of the brand strategy to drive awareness and sales. You will lead the creative team to ensure all assets and communications are on brand and delivered to high standard.

Responsibilities:

Branding

  • Develop brand guidelines
  • Educate all internal teams on the brand image
  • Act as a Brand Guardian

Marketing

  • Writing & proofreading copy
  • Produce one pager documents for sell in of new launches
  • Work hand in hand with design at conceptual stage of product development
  • Oversee ecommerce photography for all products
  • Oversee planning, development and production
  • Coordinate digital marketing/ PR/ design teams to successfully deliver 360 campaigns
  • Analyse and report on marketing activity on a monthly basis
  • Review & Analyse competitor activity
  • Identify and deliver innovative ways to raise brand awareness

Sales Support

  • Manage the production of all print & digital marketing materials
  • Design and produce collateral packs for new launches
  • Produce presentations of marketing support plans and strategy for each UK retailer
  • Liaising with all UK retail accounts regarding ecommerce platforms
  • Managing creation of travel retail advertising
  • Proactively approach third parties for brand collaborations

Visual Merchandising

  • Manage all external agencies for POS & design
  • Work on all visual merchandising projects across UK and global territories
  • Management of make-up unit production and global roll-out
  • Production of VM guidelines
  • Manage the launch of any new counter and store openings

The Person:

  • Numerical & literacy skills
  • Immediate to advance IT skills
  • Understanding & knowledge of Wholesale & Retail
  • Commercially aware
  • Experience within the Beauty industry
