Reports to: Head of Marketing / Lead Web and Graphic Designer
Location: Harrow - Head Office
Salary: £18k - £20k depending on experience + Bonus Scheme + Pension Scheme.
Hours:- Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
ABOUT US:- Curvy Kate is a market-leading and award winning lingerie and swimwear brand supplying over 600 retailers worldwide. We specialise in the fuller bust from D to K cups and our company purpose is to make women feel fabulous about their figure! These are exciting times for the business and having seen huge growth last year we are targeting a further 20% growth for 2017. We are looking for friendly, self-motivated people to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
ABOUT THE ROLE:- Your key role will be to assist in designing and incorporating new intuative ways of promoting and engaging buyers/consumers. You will assist the head of PR & Marketing and Ladd Web/Graphic Designer in website administration and creating engaging promotional material, product imagery and to effectively spread a consistant brand message and promote sales. Your responsibilities will include:- Web tasks such as product merchandising, update website / blog with content, and assiting in designing and preparing weekly HTML email newsletters. Graphic tasks such as image editing, producing printed promotional materials, assistance with design and production of sales documents, shooting cut-outs on mannequin.
ABOUT YOU:- You must be able to work on your own initiative within the company style guidelines, able to multitask, work to dynamic deadlines and able to adapt to last-minute campaigns/changes. You will be open-minded, creative and passionate about graphic/web design. You will have the following skills and competencies: A portfolio of existing projects. Knowledge of the Adobe suite, in particular Photoshop, Indesign and Fireworks. Formatting artwork for print. Experience with photoshopping product and lifestyle images.
