General Description

Reporting to Product Marketing Manager, the preferred candidate will play a key role by ensuring effective implementation of the marketing strategy by leading marketing initiatives across the mix; including ATL (Offline and Online/Digital) in lower Gulf region and ensuring short and long term business targets are met.

Drive campaign activation through digital in line with guidelines. • Initiating, proposing, executing, monitoring, evaluating brand/product campaigns and activities • Collaborating closely with cross-functions and agencies for the development and implementation of new product introductions • Leading ATL and BTL creative development and monitoring compliance within global guidance. • Utilizing marketing analysis tools to derive marketing insights and tactics within annual plan and to evaluate success of implemented marketing initiatives. • Responsible for driving consumer insights into the planning process inclusive of being an authority on competitor knowledge. • Budget management and day-to-day operations • Expert in Digital Marketing o Digital Campaign Management (Social, SEM, Banners, Video), able to build optimized digital channel mix o Knowledge of the digital metrics and able to analyze/comprehend numbers and make informed decisions, o Trend follower, active social media user o Worked with digital agencies before Qualifications: • BA in Business Administration, Management or Marketing • Min 3-4 years of proven foundation of brand management and product launches, worked with big marketing budgets and demonstrated ability to utilize marketing to drive successful consumer programs. • Progressive experience in Marketing in a cosmetics/luxury/ goods, or Tech/FMCG arena, preferably worked in Gulf region previously • Experience in technology marketing, product marketing, internet services and technologies • Solid understanding of product technology and passion for technology • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and should be too good/skilled in PowerPoint presentations. • Team player, Good on people management (Internal & External – Creative and Media Agencies) & Experience working with partners (distributors, retailers, operators). • Strong analytical, multi-tasking skills essential & ability to work in under a high pressure, deadlines driven work environment • Track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments. • High level of initiative and assertiveness with strong attention to details • Language: o English: Excellent written and spoken required o Arabic: Preferable but not a mandatory requirement
