One of the UK's leading integrated agencies, based in the heart of London, is looking for an experienced Account Director to work with a number of key clients within the business.

As an agency, they have a great reputation, not only for the work they create but also for having an outstanding company culture. They are specialists in above the line marketing, including shopper, retail, experiential, POS, sales promotions, e-commerce, social and content marketing.

THE ROLE:

This is a great opportunity for an Account Director to work within an established team, on retained client business. As an Account Director, you will manage a couple of Account Executives and Account Managers.

This role involves working closely with the client, building relationships and supporting the clients marketing strategy, seeing and thinking from the client's perspective  Drive growth through innovation and ensuring opportunities are maximized

  • To develop and maintain an agreed Account Plan
  • Maintain current and future knowledge of retail/shopper marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, social media and consumer and business trends
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction
  • To produce accurate forecasts and budgets as required for the Account and deliver these
  • To produce reports as required
  • To feedback market intelligence to the Group Account Director’s and Agency Board
  • To develop the account team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to deliver the account plan and ensure there is an involving and participative culture within the team and that opportunities for continuous improvement are identified
  • To effectively manage the overhead within the account team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Previous experience of working in an Integrated Marketing Agency or Print Managment working with brands/retail with client side experience with a good understanding of Marketing, POP/POS in-store arena. You will also need strong negotiation abilities and strong presentation skills.
