Green Room worked closely with Sun & Sand Sports to reimagine their brand and realise their vision of setting a new benchmark in sports retail. Through a series of workshops, brand audits and trend analysis, we identified an opportunity for Sun & Sand Sports to reinvent the retail store experience, satisfying the consumer need for real-time information, personalisation and innovation at every touch-point. Combined with their purpose as a champion of the very best of sport and fitness, it offers the world leading brands and products, cutting-edge technology and unexpected new experiences.

We developed a first-of-its-kind 1,800sqm digital store in the prestigious Dubai Mall – the world’s largest shopping destination. Our 360-degree approach to the customer journey considered every touch-point creating a multi-channel and immersive experience throughout this flagship.

Key features of the store include:
• 3 interactive trial experience zones
- Football, basketball, running all with the sights and sounds of the environment with integration to social media and ability to capture customer details
• CRE-8 customisation zone
- Live artists in-store to create bespoke and personalised items from sneakers to surfboards
• A central event space for showcasing new products and up-and-coming sports
• Women’s fitting rooms with 360-degree mirrors, digital style guides and a large consultation area
• Digital touch screens featuring buying guides, get-the-look style advice and vibrant product videos from the world’s leading brands
• Ability for all digital signage to be taken over for brand activation, all controlled via the managers iPad
