Lead Product Designer

A stealth-mode startup which is already causing a stir, receiving a high valuation and millions in funding before the product has even reached the public, backed by an incredible board of entrepreneurs with combined experience covering tech startups and growing global businesses, one turning over £1bn yearly.

Your role

Taking on a defined brand, working directly with the founders, you'll be a founding hire and working closely with an experienced Head of Product, defining the product design and UX, the roadmap, localisation across global markets, and establishing the vital design and research processes which can deliver a flawless product and scale with a rapidly growing team.

What's on offer

*An incredibly well backed startup, exploring a completely new application of cutting edge technology, with some incredible entrepreneurs to learn from and work with
*The chance to shape and define an incredible product, making your mark not just on the initial launch, but on the long-term growth and success of the company
*A great package and the chance to have equity in the business, owning part of what you're building and sharing in its success

Who you are

*You come from a heavyweight background in product design, delivering hands-on UX research and testing, pixel-perfect UI for native apps, and have previously built your own processes in to a collaborative, Agile team environment
*Able to work closely with key stakeholders, presenting concepts with well-reasoned research
*Humble, conceptual, able to mentor and inspire, innovate and disrupt
*You hold an MA or PHD in a HCD, Psychology or relevant field
