Senior & MW Designer

The Company:

Senior Web Designer needed for a large retail outfit based in Rickmansworth. Huge scope to communicate customer insight and to influence responsive design concepts and design strategy.

The Role:
This is a hands on role involving strategy, research to UX design. You will work with and influence all available customer insight to  drive user experience on the website through better designs. The chosen candidate will act as the design lead on all web projects ensuring delivery of design concepts and final designs to deadline.

You will be working in a team of web designer reporting to you and you will be working side by side the online trading team.

The Candidate:
You will need to have at least 3 year ecommerce experiences shared with expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite (CS4/5). It is must that you have a great understanding of customer research processes and how this will play into creative responsive design. The candidate must demonstrate the knowledge of designing and building web pages using Semantic XHTML/CSS/HTML 5/CSS3/ Javascript and JQuery.

Must have strong communication skills and the drive and desire to learn and grow to delver results and be customer obsessed.
