Our client is a leading digital agency based in the heart of London. Due to some recent impressive pitch victories and growth of their client roster they are keen to develop and grow their digital team by hiring a strong client facing relationship manager/project manager.

Joining a highly creative team we are looking for client facing project managers who have experience building relationships and delivering multi-platform projects. This is very much a role for someone that has confidence and experience to lead and direct internal and external teams.

The client relationship manager post is a crucial role that involves managing the scoping, development and delivery of digital solutions right through the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for the smooth running of projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality within agreed timings and costs, and providing constant input to the evolution and improvement of process.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure quality control of process, have a strong service ethic

- Be a primary contact for client queries, comments, issues

- Support client aspirations in the context of agency resources and interests

- Be alert to new business opportunities, referring upwards/onwards as needed

- Prepare, monitor and maintain project schedules, budgeting and invoicing

- Ensure detailed scope and technical requirements are understood

- Experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to use them

- Co-ordinate delivery of project deliverables (plan, assign and organise resources)

- Highlight budgeting or scheduling issues in a timely fashion

- Maintain necessary project files and documentation

- Responsibility for facilitating communication and understanding in the project team

- Arranging and servicing regular status/development meetings

- Informing and relaying the project fundamentals (scope, timings and costs)

- Regularly reviewing budgets and communicating expectations

- Communicating and escalating risks or issues to the wider team

- Working with creative, UX and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of all projects.

- Procuring/managing third party suppliers

The Digital Project Manager will also demonstrate a passion and understanding of the broader digital landscape as well as have knowledge of;

- User Experience/Information Architecture

- User-centred design, Web-design, Design for mobile/tablets

- Analytics, Web Content and SEO

- QA and testing

- Content Management Systems
