This is an exciting opportunity to work exclusively with one of the world’s leading and most innovative electronics company. You will control the rollout and maintenance of the client’s shop-in-shop programme, which aims to recreate the client’s own shop experience within other branded retail stores.
Responsibilities
— To act as hub between client, studio team, printers and delivery house
— Translation of briefs in a variety of formats in to workable format for briefing to artwork team and printers
— Confirmation of print specs
— Trafficking and management of workload
— Layout guidance for artwork team on brand deployment across a range of retail material
— Administration guidance and support for artwork team on file management, naming, back-up etc
— Management of provision of relevant artwork and imagery to vendors, and assisting with provision of
proofs for client approval, over a variety of different print methods
— Spreadsheet/database management
— Proofreading and checking of artwork in InDesign CS4
— Management of day-to-day operation of projects
— Hourly client and printer liaison
— Source print costs from suppliers and set-up of account management processes including cost
estimates, billings and budgets
— Organise UK and European installation of outdoor large print graphics
— Proactive towards reviewing processes
— Regular progress overviews to clients and prompts where necessary on print deadlines/deliveries etc
— Continually monitor the speed and economy of the project
— Provide twice-weekly status reports for current projects, highlighting deadlines for artwork and
delivery schedules.
— Organise weekly client conference calls and fortnightly face-to-face meetings to discuss current
projects and ongoing processes.
— Work alongside the accountant to manage invoicing for the account

Skills
— Knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
— Knowledge of Adobe CS4 in particular InDesign
— Knowledge of artwork
— Knowledge of litho and large format print process
— Experience of managing POS and window/banners for shop installations
— Excellent time management
— Experience of working on Apple Mac computers essential
