Set up in 2005 with the vision of providing healthy, fresh and satisfying food, Tossed specializes in freshly tossed salads to order and wraps as well as a range of smoothies, juices and hot dishes. The Person:
2-3 years of full time creative design experience
Ability to see design process from idea generation through to print ready artwork
Full proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Qualification in Design
Excellent communication & organization skills
Fun and willing to Party!
The Package:
£25k - £30k depending on experience

The Role: Being the Head of Creative means that it is a broad role that comprises all areas of design and creativity being it on Store Design; Marketing; Digital; Food Launch campaigns and POS of all kinds. You will be working with Marketing and Food very closely and reporting to the MD. The job is split across the following categories:
Store campaigns (30%) Working with the Food & Marketing teams to create full scale launches across Tossed Stores. This will involve working to strict deadlines and liaising with printers and installers to ensure a smooth launch. Normally includes:
Large-scale window vinyl’s
In-store POS materials
Menu boards
Leaflet Menus
Producing print ready artwork
Store Interiors (20%) Creating store designs and working with install team to produce new Tossed sites and update existing interiors. Responding to the needs of the location and creating a visually exciting and easy to use space for the guests. Normally includes:
Initial concept sketch and plan layout to define the spaces
Working with installers on production of the space
Creating large-scale wall vinyl’s
Selecting seating fabrics, wall coverings and store accessories.
Marketing (20%) Working with the marketing department on the monthly activity in stores which involves an ever-changing roster on in-store and online mini-campaigns. These work to key brand messages and involve creating innovative methods of communicating these to our guests.
Packaging (10%) The brand and its offering is constantly evolving, therefore there are often briefs that require new product packaging or stickers. This will involve creating a design that is cohesive with the rest of the ranges and working to a print template and colour method.
Online & Digital (10%) Tossed has a fortnightly newsletter and active across social media channels and online. The candidate with assist the marketing department with the layout and images featured in any online activity.
