Long-serving specialist marketing agency in Manchester, operating within the B2B sector, is looking for a Deputy Creative Director to join their creative / design team.
You will be a strong designer and art director, with experience of managing a team of designers, copywriters and art directors. You will have spent your career agency-side, working across a variety of clients and media channels. You MUST have experience of creating on- and off-line campaigns, including brand identity, websites, email marketing, direct mail, print advertising and exhibition design. Digital experience is incredibly important, so please do not apply if you have not worked across online campaigns.
Experience of managing, mentoring and motivating staff is crucial to this role, as 80% will involve overseeing the work of others, as opposed to executing your own work. It is vital that you have management ambitions, as the intention is to promoted this role quickly to Creative Director.
You must be a fantastic communicator, with plenty of client facing experience (including pitches, strategic meetings etc), you will be a strong motivator and team leader, but above all you will have an inspiring book of well-crafted creative campaigns to show off!
