I am looking for a skilled Ruby On Rails application developer to help deliver an exciting new set of products and services for a very high profile client. I can't say much more at the moment but this really is a great opportunity for the right Ruby On Rails Developer!

Ruby On Rails Developer responsibilities
The senior Ruby on rails developer will be tasked with developing and enhancing new heavily data driven web applications and will initially be tasked with leading the serverside development of at least two new products/services. More specifically you will be responsible for:
*Shipping robust, high-quality code
*Working with a designer and product manager to define the product/service and feature roadmap
*Contributing to the technology strategy for the company

As a lean agile technology startup the Ruby on Rails developer will be encouraged to contribute to activities vital to the company's continued success. This means you'll be invited to pitch in with new business opportunities, marketing the business and attracting new talent. We're not expecting you to do this from day one but as a core member of the team we're keen for you to get involved.
Remuneration will be competitive, good performance is rewarded and there's the potential to earn share options. You'll also get a training budget and money to kit out your work station. Flexible working is encouraged and your development is seen as key to the company's success.

The following is also desirable:

While we don't expect the Ruby on Rails Developer to have experience in every area we would expect a willingness and ability to quickly plug any gaps.

Please note that due to exceptionally high levels of response, we are only able to get back to those applicants who have been successful.
