Senior Account Manager | Global Integrated Agency | London | £30k - £35k | MK/22754

One of the largest renowned global integrated agency in London are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. As more and more clients are going digital, this role is to service a number of CRM clients in both an on and offline capacity.

Key responsibilities:

*Planning and implementing campaigns across the world with a focus on Europe.
*Manage data, manage the build of microsites and develop direct mail campaigns.
*Handling client communications on designated accounts.
*Ensure that all client issues are dealt with efficiently.
*Working closely with the production team to maintain continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
*Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met and that all financial aspects of the project are closely monitored.
*Frequently meeting with clients and also being an active participant in pitches
*Planning and carrying out work with minimal direction

Skills and experience required:

*You will have experience in working on pitches for new business.
*Excellent digital knowledge is a prerequisite as the clients are looking to grow their marketing efforts in this area.
*Although you will have CRM experience, you will have integrated campaign experience.
*Proven digital account management skills.
*Conceptualisation and development of digital creative ideas
*Attention to detail
