Senior Design Manager for OMD International

A rare opportunity has become available at OMD International for the role of Senior Design Manager, managing the OMD Creative Solutions Team based in Kings Cross.

The Creative Solutions Team is one of many integrated services offered to support both internal account teams and direct to clients.  This exciting opportunity will play a key role in developing our design service and supporting the wider Creative Solutions offering across OMG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 2 other designers, managing both ad hoc and continuous design initiatives, working closely with both clients and client teams to determine briefs, develop the Creative Solutions offering, maintain quality control of design work output and look for opportunities to generate additional income through design work. He or she will be the ambassador for our design offering, identifying, building and sustaining effective working relationships both with internal client teams and external suppliers, supporting OMD International’s ambitious growth and ensuring that our reputation for providing a best-in-class service is maintained.
