Senior Marketing Designer for New Era Cap Company Ltd

The role of Senior Marketing Designer is to produce marketing initiatives with a brand awareness within the New Era Cap Company, hence supporting the brand message and delivering both product and sale teams with marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a ‘New Era’ brand alignment with a global infrastructure 
• Work with publishing houses to AD and Magazine specifications
• Create marketing programs for specific EMEA markets
• Generate POP within our Retail store and EMEA regions
• Work on promotional brand campaigns
• Support the Creative Director
• Mentor and coach junior designers

Knowledge and Experience

Through design experience and a portfolio of original work, you must be able to demonstrate skill and knowledge in each of the following areas:

• Typography and composition layout skills.
• An excellent understanding of all the Adobe packages.
• Be able to work from initial concepts and turn those concepts into ready to print screens
• Vector art experience
• Brand awareness
• Colour and visual identity to help create marketing support tools for the brand
• Organizational, time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education

• A graphic design degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 GCSE grade A-C (inc Maths & English)
