Position Summary

We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our global market leading company and work on an instantly recognised leading airline account - an airline set to redefine passenger entertainment.

There is a significant amount of variety in the projects that the Creative Lead will work on, from delivery of the entertainment brand objectives, to apps, web design, content collateral, promotional video and e-commerce. You will be backed by a worldwide strong team of experts in this industry.

You will be on a fast learning curve from the airline and our global entertainment company, absorbing the latest trends and possibilities within this fast changing industry.

This is a significant role for a candidate looking to shine and grow alongside a formidable airline and with the market leading entertainment company.

Main responsibilities of role:

The ideal candidate will have a desire to produce relevant and surprising work. They need to be flexible in thinking, open to new ideas and capable of generating their own concepts from brief. This person will be strong and able to hold a project, following UCD principals, working in a team as well as driving a team.

  • Controls the creative design output
  • Monitors and set the high quality output
  • Leads a strong team with proven skills
  • Employs best practice in wireframe design and navigation UX, utilizing Azure, Balsamiq, OmniGraffle and similar software.
  • Manages the output from the team utilizing the internal skills and getting the best from the individuals.
  • Problem solver and a love for designing creative and innovative solutions on mobile devices
  • Clear communicator, able to interpret and relay key information
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment on multiple projects
  • Ability to solve problems and work effectively under pressure
  • A good collaborator, with an open, approachable style
  • Keeps up to date with latest mobile technology trends and developments
  • Has great communication skills and be able to present to the team, individuals and clients where needed.
