Senior Digital Designer Permanent – Evening shift London £35,000 + 15% shift allowance My client a global banking and financial services company based in the City of London are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join their Graphics team. Key Tasks • Take briefs from clients whilst advising them on the best possible style and layout for design work within corporate guidelines • To art direct projects, setting standards and interpreting briefs • Project management, pre empting issues, coordinating artwork, print & delivery, web-work • Design and artworking from initial creative concepts through to final delivery • To liaise with external suppliers of services to ensure that work meets exact requirements as specified • To guide and advise other members of the team in the design and use of template material, providing training where necessary • To follow clearly defined department workflow processes including quality control and pre-flight checking • To be part of the QC team, quality checking other designers work, ensuring everything that leaves the studio is correct, on-brand and error free • To punctually complete time-sheets, work tickets and to give an accurate reflection of time spent on all projects • To provide cover for Workflow and or Manager where necessary Key Requirements • Expert 3D rendering skills using 3D Studio Max is essential • Previous financial services experience • Advanced Adobe InDesign – expert technical knowledge with great layout skills • Advanced Adobe Photoshop – expert photo re-touching skills required • Advanced Adobe Illustrator & CoralDraw – logo design and chart creation a frequent requirement • Good understanding of the professional offset and digital print process • Web design expertise; such as HTML email creation • Flash, Adobe Premiere and Dreamweaver • Strong communication skills If you are an experienced Digital Designer with a flexible approach, good people skills and looking for a new permanent evening role, please send us your CV today.
