A forward thinking Healthcare Agency who creates forward thinking digital products and websites are looking to add a Middleweight web and applications designer to their team.

The cross-section of projects spans websites, product detail applications, augmented reality medial applications, and Kinnect apps. They are also constantly striving to use new tech towards improving their client's offerings. They currently have some Senior Designers and juniors in place, who work closely alongside an exceptional technical team.

Your role will focus heavily on both interface and layout design for the cross-section of projects mentioned above. You will act as a bridge between the creative and technical team, showing an understanding and appreciation of technological capabilities in all your design work. At a middleweight level, you will take direction and management from the Creative Director and Head of Digital whilst acting as a mentor to the more junior members of the creative team; nurturing and helping them achieve professional and realistic solutions.

As an applicant you should first and foremost demonstrate having worked on a variety of digital products and platforms, being responsible for the visual and experience design with a good understanding of underlying technology. You should also be able to explain your thinking and process in relation to a creative brief.

Software wise, you will demonstrate expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Basic html coding and flash skills are also advantageous. Whilst you are not expected to be a coder, you will be expected to understand a range of technologies and keep up with industry trends
