Digital Creative Services Director

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Creative Services Director in an innovative and exciting user experience design agency.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the digital creative team
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Improving and maintain processes and ensuring that projects are delivered on time
  • Co-ordinating workflow ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget

The ideal candidate:

  • Confidence and gravitas
  • Great relationship builder/ great interpersonal skills
  • Experience/ knowledge of (UX) user experience or userbility
  • Hungry to learn
  • Extremely organised – meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must have worked in a similar capacity in the past
  • Ability to work well/ thrive under pressure
  • Comfortable managing 3rd parties and dealing with senior stakeholders
