Digital Account Director - Digital Agency

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading Digital (Mobile/Touch) Agency based in Central London as an Account Director working with a team of highly skilled User Experience Designers, Developers and Strategists.

The successful candidate will have a range of high profile clients to manage and the opportunity to influence the development and direction of the business as a whole.


Key responsibilities
* Provide clients with strategic insight and thought leadership within the mobile/touch and tablet arena.
* Understand clients' business and generate new ideas using mobile/Touch to enhance client performance.
* Create and interpret effective analysis to support strategic recommendations to clients.
* Ensure client targets are met within the context of the underlying opportunity.
* Manage and develop strategic account plans.
* Develop new business opportunities within your existing client base.
* Work with Client Service Partners to develop new client sales proposals.
* Manage financial performance, ensuring project profitability and carry out timely and accurate billing.
* Help expand and line-manage the account management team




Key Experience and Skills
* A proven track record within a digital agency with demonstrable experience of mobile/tablet application experience.
* Demonstrate a high level of digital literacy, possessing expert knowledge of mobile, touch and digital strategy and marketing
* The ability to quickly establish expertise on a variety of industries clients and sectors.
* Experience of writing compelling proposals/brief to inspire clients and team members.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills - you must be dynamic and persuasive in presenting ideas to clients.
* Exposure to working within an agile environment
* Thorough understanding and experience of contributing successfully to an agency sales process including the submission of tenders.



Previous experience in a similar environment helping clients explore and deliver new advances in the mobile and touch application space is a must!
