An Assistant Creative Director is required to join the Creative Team of a leading global agency.

They currently support some of the worlds leading entertainment company's from film and music to theatre and other live entertainment companies.

The right candidate will be a highly conceptual individual with a solid commercial background of helping to produce rich and creative projects ideally for industries such as Theatre, Film, Live Entertainment or Music.

This role is calls someone currently in an Assistant Creative Director position or someone who feels they are ready to make that step up. You will be required to lead an already successful creative team and to provide high quality creative work to clients by creating concepts which will enhance the client's brands.

Those currently in Theatre, Film, Live Entertainment or Music related design environments would be well suited to this role.

It's important that you have a demonstrable track record in people management, be commercially driven and be able to play a full part in contributing to the strategic development of the business

* Generating and developing original, creative and commercial concepts
* Taking responsibility for account visual brand creation, its development
* Excellent Client facing skills
* Experienced leading a team of creative's and mentoring
* Used to working to tight deadlines and managing design projects to completion
