A Central London based retail marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer. They are looking for creative solutions and innovative thinking for concepts and visuals .
Provide accurate print ready artwork files. You will be supporting the Graphic Head to aid the smooth running of the studio. Collaborate closely with and support the entire graphic team when work load permits Actively participate in and drive creative brainstorm sessions. Where applicable, work closely with the Structural design team to ensure all work leaves the studio to the highest standard possible. Drive creative pitch work, both individually or by working with, mentoring and reviewing other team members' work Develop, assist and motivate other team members on a daily basis.
Manage and review freelancers' output when required.
Consistently challenge all briefs, processes and designs to ensure the highest possible standard.
