Digital Designer

An exciting digital role has arisen with a large publishing company based in West London. The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on the digital design from developing ebook cover concepts and transferring print covers to digital format to banner adverts and microsites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating images from scratch and converting artwork from the printed version of book covers to a digital form
• Designing banners adverts
• Input in to the development and design of our websites with specific responsibility for designing microsites to launch new products
• Working closely with the Digital Team on new digital products

Personal Attributes:

• Experiece working as a Digital Designer
• Creative and passionate about digital trends
• Print Graphic Design experience - specifically in the publishing industry an advantage
• Keen eye for detail
• Good team player
• Excellent conmmunication to other team members and when delivering a brief to freelancers
• Leadership and delegation

Skills and Experience:

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Flash and Quark
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment and ability to manage a large workflow with various deadlines
