Internal Comms Designer

Our client is a leading recruitment agency based in London. A fast-paced exciting environment awaits for a Print and Digital Designer to join the internal comms team as a maternity cover.

Requirements for the Position:

• Strong commercial design experience
• Experience of working as part of an in-house team
• Experienced in providing digital design solutions from brief to production for internal marketing
• Understanding of marketing comms
• Good digital design and production skills
• Ability to generate conceptual designs, and sell them in
• Good oral communication skills. Well organised, diligent and takes pride in their work
• Proven ability to work from brief through to finished artwork
• Ability to work to brand guidelines, but also to push the boundaries when required

Technical experience:

An excellent understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, inc Fireworks and an understanding of Flash

Responsibilities:

• Deliver internal comms designs and campaigns
• Produce conceptual designs for internal campaigns
• Design and build HTML emails
• Edit content from drafts
• Develop and designs Intranet pages
• Develop external recruitment designs and campaigns
