So what does this role involve?

*You will lead, manage and mentor a team of 5 to 10 designers.
*Direct your team and execute compelling creative work and design.
*Communicate with both internal and external partners.
*Offer charisma, inspiration and passionate leadership skills to the design team and communicate effectively between teams on multiple client projects.
*Lead design in new business pitches.

What skills do you need?

*A strong creative portfolio.
*3+ years in digital or product design experience.
*Ability to command different themes, styles and tones using latest creative technologies (Adobe suite, HTML, CSS etc.)
*Keen eye for design detail and excellent presentation skills.
*Management, leadership and people skills.
*Financially aware, ability to estimate accurately and manage budgets.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
