ABOUT

In a new VR partnership with Time Out, users have the unique experience of exploring London’s best burger joints and rooftop bars.

To make this happen, we marched around London with an Ozo and sacks of other camera gear and set our tasting burgers and booze!

Unlike past VR, these virtual tours aren't built with graphics. This is a live-action video and for the next five minutes one can seamlessly fade from the bar to the rooftop, getting an original recipe at each bar from their very own bartenders. Servers talk to the camera as if you were sat in the bar, making the who experience very personal to each user.

You can also enjoy a tour of some of London's best burgers, with a 360 visual of each restaurant and their specialty burger. You can get the full view of each of the five bars and burger joints along with a special note from each of the venues as you explore the best places for a bite to eat and a drink.

The potential impact VR has on the food and drink industry is a leading technology, allowing businesses to cast a larger net with a more diverse customer base. By increasing the accessibility of these places, VR has opened new doors for many different industries. Ultimately, by playing off the senses, the user can have a more realistic experience - with many new updates and advances coming our way.

The trick was to match up the display area and pac shot of the product so that we could merge the worlds so you could toggle between them.
