About me

I am currently a deputy editor and head of reviews for music website Never Enough Notes, a social media manager for a cake business, as well as previously working as a deputy editor and an assistant web content editor, with a 2:1 in journalism.

I was previously junior editor for The Staff Canteen, the leading website for chefs (over 60k unique monthly users) where I wrote news and features, interviewed chefs and created optimised content in line with the editorial strategy. In weekly editorial meetings I contributed feature ideas, presented website and social media stats, using Google Analytics, and helped with the editorial plan.

I am confident with social media, interviewing, writing news and features for both print and online outlets, managing a large volume of press releases and editing pages as well as creating headlines; I therefore can write for multiple channels always ensuring that content is maximised by recognising opportunities to push it further.
