I've coached people to reach their potential and improve their life/career within large organisations and coached managers to learn to be confident enough to delegate. With a career within a variety of industries from IT, Telco, Logistics to Public sector and charities I have learned a common trait, which is to focus on their assets, their people - the invaluable resources beyond raw materials. Positive thinking has to be maintained or relived in order to constructively contribute to the business as well as the community, which we are part of.
